Returns Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If the item's condition is not as previously disclosed, it will be subjected to a fee of 15-20% and your full refund will not be guaranteed.
  • Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items upon arrival, if you found the item broken or damage, please notify us within 3 days. No claim will be accepted after 3 days.
  • For any return request please contact our Customer Support by email: fullbrightsupply@gmail.com and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
  • Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customers expense.


Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.

  • We ship UPS/USPS/FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method you have chosen.
  • Most shipments are sent out within 1 or 2 business day after payment is confirmed or cleared, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.
  • Packages are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Free Shipping is only for delivery address within the contiguous 48 states.
  • We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands. Buyer needs to contact us before purchasing for actual shipping cost.
